Add-Venture Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Add-Venture Classifieds Ltd (“Add-Venture Classifieds,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Please review our shipping information before placing an order. All items are made-to-order, and production and delivery times may vary.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy.

Order Processing & Production Times

All products are made-to-order. Production time typically ranges from:

  • Apparel: 2–7 business days

  • Accessories and other items: 2–9 business days

Please note:

  • Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

  • During peak seasons (such as holidays, major sales, or promotions), production times may be longer than these standard estimates.

Production time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Times

Shipping time begins after your order has finished production.

Estimated delivery timeframes:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 5–12 business days

  • United Kingdom: 3–10 business days

  • Australia: 5–15 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier performance, customs processing, weather conditions, and other factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, order weight, and the selected shipping method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless an item is determined to be defective or incorrect in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Tracking Information

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your tracking number.

Multiple Shipments

Some items may ship separately depending on production location or item availability.

  • You will not be charged extra for split shipments.

  • Each shipment will include its own tracking information where available.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase.

Add-Venture Classifieds is not responsible for:

  • Misdelivery due to incorrect or incomplete address entry

  • Returned shipments due to undeliverable or unclaimed addresses

  • Re-shipping fees if the order is returned to sender

If you need to correct an address, please contact us as quickly as possible at addventureclassifieds@gmail.com.
Address changes can only be made before production begins. Once production has started, we cannot guarantee any modifications.

Lost, Delayed, or Stalled Shipments

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside our direct control.

Add-Venture Classifieds is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs delays

  • Lost shipments

  • Packages marked as “delivered” but not received

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed:

  1. Please first check with household members, neighbors, and your local post office or carrier.

  2. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at addventureclassifieds@gmail.com and we will assist in determining next steps according to the carrier’s policies (which may include filing a claim or arranging a replacement, where applicable).

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, VAT, or other import taxes. These charges:

  • Are determined by the destination country

  • Are the responsibility of the recipient

  • Are not collected, set, or controlled by Add-Venture Classifieds

Add-Venture Classifieds does not cover or reimburse these fees, and we are not responsible for packages refused or returned due to unpaid customs charges.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 14 days of delivery and include clear photos of:

  • The damaged or incorrect item

  • The packaging

  • The packing slip (if available)

We will review your request and work to resolve the issue in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, which may include a replacement or other appropriate remedy.

Pre-Orders or Limited Releases

If an item is offered as a pre-order or limited release:

  • Estimated shipping times will be listed on the product page.

  • These items may ship separately from other items in your order.

  • All pre-order shipping dates are estimates and may change based on production timelines, supplier availability, or other factors.

If we anticipate a significant delay, we will do our best to notify you via the email address provided at checkout.
